How do I delete my account and data?
Email us at
hello@movieknurd.com with the subject "Delete My Account" and we will remove your data within 30 days. This cannot be undone.
Why isn't my favorite movie in the catalog?
We add new movies regularly. Email us a movie request and we'll prioritize the most-requested titles.
The sync timing seems off — what do I do?
Make sure you tap the sync button at the exact moment you hear the sync line on screen. If you miss it, you can re-sync from the game screen at any time. Different streaming platforms may also have slightly different timings — try the re-sync if you switch sources.
Is MovieknurD free?
Yes, MovieknurD is free to use. We plan to add optional premium features in the future, but the core experience will remain free.
How long do you take to respond to emails?
We aim to respond within 2–3 business days. Privacy and data deletion requests are prioritized and handled within 30 days.
